The entry fee is $100 per player or $400 per team of four. If you want to sponsor a hole as well, the cost is $450 total for a team and a Hole Sponsorship. Registrations are due October 1, 2008.
Each player should plan to arrive by 12:00 PM to register, use range balls, and hear announcements prior to the tournament.
Player Entry Includes:
- Green Fee and Cart Fee
- Boxed Lunch
- Range Balls
- Player Participation Package
- Door Prizes after the match
There will be contests for:
- Hole in One
- Closest to Pin
- Longest Drive in Fairway
Mulligans can also be purchased the day of the tournament for $5 each. Limit of 3 per player. You may also purchase one chance to hit from a red tee for $5. This will allow you to tee off from any red tee instead of the normal white tee. This will not be eligible for any of the longest drive, closest to pin or hole-in-one prizes.
The tiers of sponsorships available are as follows. All of the tiered sponsors will be recognized as such during the awards portion of the tournament. Top 5 donors at the time of any media coverage will be recognized.
Platinum Sponsor: $5,000
Sponsor of the entire tournament. Accepting only one Platinum Sponsor. Benefits include:
- An individual banner recognizing the Platinum Sponsor displayed at the registration area.
- Recognition on signs displayed at every tee box.
- A small advertisement in each of the gift bags given to golfers (provided by the sponsor).
- Registration for four teams of four players each entered into the tournament.
Gold Sponsor: $3,000
Accepting only two Gold Sponsors. Benefits include:
- Recognition of Gold Sponsor on a banner displaying tournament sponsors at the registration area.
- Recognition on signs displayed at six tee boxes.
- A small advertisement in each of the gift bags given to golfers (provided by the sponsor).
- Registration for three teams of four players each entered into the tournament.
Silver Sponsor: $2,000
Accepting only two Silver Sponsors. Benefits include:
- Recognition of Silver Sponsor on a banner displaying tournament sponsors at the registration area.
- Recognition on signs displayed at tees where Hole-in-One and Closest-to-Pin contests will be held.
- Registration for two teams of four players each entered into the tournament.
Bronze Sponsor: $1,000
Accepting only five Bronze Sponsors. Benefits include:
- Recognition of Bronze Sponsor on a banner displaying tournament sponsors at the registration area.
- Recognition on signs at one tee box.
- Registration for one team of four players entered into the tournament.
Food Sponsorships go towards providing all of the food for the boxed lunches the day of the event. We would in turn make it known that the food was provided by your organization in any way that we can. Accepting only two Food Sponsors.
Drink Sponsorships go towards providing drinks for golfers and volunteers throughout the course of the day. We will recognize the sponsor as providing the drinks for the day. Accepting only two Drink Sponsors.
A Hole Sponsor will get signs made with their company name and information. Signage will be placed at either the tee box or the green of a given hole, such that all the players will see them as they play their round. Hole Sponsors are free to provide their own signage; otherwise, CCC will provide signage.
